HSG--All Clear!

Well, I had the HSG on Wednesday and the results were great. The radiologist said that everything looked exactly like it should've.

So, now we've got an ultrasound scheduled for Monday to see if my ovaries are ready to ovulate.....and then maybe a trigger shot and IUI.

I am really really hopeful this month......keep your fingers crossed for us.

Clomid Crisis.....

So, my insurance company decided that I needed to have my clomid delivered by an online pharmacy instead of getting it filled at the CVS on the corner.

My clomid was delivered to my school on Friday. I had it delivered to work since FedEx requires a signature.

At about 5:30 on Friday night I realize that no one brought a Fed Ex box to my classroom! I realize that I have NO clomid!! And that the school is probably locked down for the Thanksgiving Holiday!!!

So I call my principal and 2 assistant principals trying to figure out how to get my clomid. They must think I'm a nut. I wound up going up there and trying to find a janitor to let me into the building.

LOTS OF PANIC was involved but I got my clomid!! YIPPEE!!

3 pregnancy tests later........Cycle 16 begins

Well, I tested on November 9th. Negative. It was early so I held onto hope.

So, I tested again on the 11th. Also negative. I wasn't scheduled to start my period until Monday though so I kept on hoping.

Monday, November 13th---one last test in the box. One last big fat negative. Honestly, if staring at it hard enough could make a line appear than I'd be in business.

Then this afternoon, Aunt Flow dashed all my hopes with her arrival.

So, here we are. The beginning of cycle 16. I'll call the doctor tomorrow to schedule my HSG. They are going to inject dye into my uterus to check it out. Sounds fun, right? I wasn't really worried about it until I found out that all the dye eventually leaks out, sometimes there is bleeding involved and oh yeah, terrible cramping.
Cool. I can't wait.
